Wabi sabi beauty. An old Taznakht rug, which has already lived well. It has caught my attention by its very charming and intriguing faded designs and colors.
One can guess a rather sophisticated composition of diamond patterns with variations of pale saffron and orange yellow tones, you can also notice small darker details, a bit like signs.
The whole composition is bordered by a small frieze of brown color, almost black. This Taznakht rug is a beautiful and charming piece of history that has stood the test of time. With its intricate design and faded colors, it is easy to see why it has become a treasured item.
Dimensions : 4.1 / 3.9 x 8.1 Ft (120 / 127 x 248 cm)
Pale yellow, saffron shades, brown and dark brown.
Vintage rug that has been repaired. Signs of wear. It will be necessary to place a rug pad underneath.
Each of our vintage rugs has a story that began a long time before entering our collections. They may show signs of wear or repairs.
As a handmade vintage piece, the rug may have slight irregularities in weaving (edges or width).
This is what makes it a singular and very unique piece.
