We ship from Morocco.
Shipping is offered for the USA, Europe, the United Kingdom.


Your items will be ready to ship within 7 open days after your purchase.

You will receive a tracking number or link as soon as your item is shipped. 

The estimated time for delivery is usually :
4 open days to Europe 
6 open days to North America 
8 open days to Asia and Australia

As the buyer, you are responsible for any import duties and taxes, custom clearance charges required by your country. You may ask your customs for any infos about imports.

RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. We do not accept returns. 

Our rugs and textiles are vintage or recent pieces, they are all unique (one of a kind). 
As handcrafted pieces, they may have irregularities in weave, shape, color or dimensions.
We do our best to show in pictures the textures, colors and condition of our items. Please read the description and look carefully at the pictures of each items. 
The vintage pieces were woven for personal use, they may show signs of wear and repair. 

We are available to answer any questions and provide you further information about each rug or textile before your purchase.
