Raw Kilim

A timelessBerber textile that comes from the beautiful region of Azilal. It's a handwoven wool and goat hair Kilim rug. It was traditionally used as a rug for tents floor. The textile is both sophisticated and rustic.

The weaving is interesting for its many details, variations in brown tones, the design of lighter wool stripes, the edges with some kind of tassels, the texture itself is quite raw and that's what we liked about this rare piece.

A thin Berber Kilim (flat weave) that can be used as a blanket, a sofa throw or as a rug (note that a rug pad placed underneath will be necessary)… Interior designers will even find other ways to use it…

It is a vintage piece, some wear signs on two corners.
